Employment fair became a joke, empty chairs and deserted stalls told the reality

The employment fair held in Harda became a joke amidst the promises of employment. While unemployed youth come with the hope of government jobs and private jobs, neither the representatives of the companies nor the youth showed any special interest in this fair. Most of the chairs were empty in this employment, self -employment and apprentice fair held at Government ITI on Thursday and stalls of companies were seen to be listened to.

Companies showed cold attitude, youth also remained missing

15 companies were invited to this employment fair. District Employment Officer Laxman Singh Silote said that the arrival of representatives of 6 companies was confirmed, but in reality only the representative of one company reached. At the same time, unemployed youth also did not see special enthusiasm in the fair.

The officer explained the reason for the failure of the fair to Guru Purnima. He said that many youths must have gone to Khandwa Darshan. Also, due to continuous rains and the fair held every month, the presence of youth was also low.

Students present for some time, then returned to class

At the beginning of the Harda News, some ITI students arrived, but after some time they too returned to their classrooms. The indifference of the youth and the absence of companies raised questions over the significance of the event.

Health department gave information about awareness

Expecting Harda News, whoever reached the few youths, the health department team informed them about health checkup and awareness. Dr. Naveen Jain and Ashish Sakalle apprised about the Mental Health Helpline Number 14416 and ‘Manjit App’. Along with this, the ill effects of tobacco intake were also discussed.

Jokes made for youth, administration under question

Employment fair is organized every month in Harda News, but when the representatives of companies and unemployed youth are not present in it, there is no justification for such events. Especially when the administration itself started making excuses for weather and religious events for lack of attendance.

The ground reality of unemployment in Harda

This fair highlights the ground reality of employment opportunities for youth in Harda News (Harda News). Decreasing interest in youth towards such events and the indifferent attitude of companies indicate that only organizing will not remove unemployment, it requires concrete efforts and honest implementation.
