Here, 45 meters of multi -storey buildings will be built for slums on Arera Hills in Vallabh Nagar area. 24 thousand EWS flats will be prepared. However, at present, the NOC of the Airport Authority is not available on this plan. In terms of security, their height has been asked to be 30 meters. This week, the collector will meet the concerned and dispose the matter. In the fixed plan, there are exactly the multi -storey residential towers which are set up in front of Hotel Palash in exchange for the government houses broken in smart cities. This place will be decided here for the slum area of the Vallabh Bhavan and the surrounding area.
So project in objection
Arera Hills is already included in the city’s height area. It should not cause any obstacle to the building airlines higher than 45 meters, so it is said to reduce height. Earlier, questions were also raised on the height of the new building of Hamidia Hospital, which was resolved after discussion. After the air accident in Ahmedabad, all the conditions are being assessed in NOC.
