Even after the recruitment process of five years in government schools of Madhya Pradesh, there are about 70 thousand (70000) posts vacant. Instead of these vacant posts, guest teachers will now be recruited for alternative arrangements. The entire process will be online. Directorate of Public Education (DPI) has issued guidelines in this regard.
To invite guest teachers, the status of vacancies on the Education Portal 3.0 will be recorded by the principal. It will definitely be seen in this, how many guest teachers are required after the teachers who are available. Applications for this will be taken from June 30 to July 2. The principal will authenticate it till July 3.
The entire process will be done online
Guest teachers will have to give attendance online. The information of vacant posts on the portal will be displayed by July 5. Applications will be called from July 5 to July 7. The entire process will be online. The services of the guest teacher are completely temporary. On the availability of regular teacher in the school, the services of the guest teacher will automatically end. Prior to this, the school in -charge will test their educational, business, teacher eligibility test and certify it on the portal.
Application from 5 to 7 July
Applications will be sought from July 5 to July 7 for the posts which remain vacant. Allotment of school in merit order will be done by July 9. They have to appear between 10 and 12 July. No guest teacher will be invited offline. On the availability of regular teacher, the services of the guest teacher will automatically end.
