MP News: Ujjwal Pradesh, Khargone. A court in Khargone district of Madhya Pradesh sentenced a government teacher who got a job on the basis of marksheet and fake caste certificate of another woman to seven years rigorous imprisonment. According to this in the press on Friday evening, the Additional District and Sessions Court Barwah found the accused Rukmani to be convicted and sentenced to 7 years imprisonment.
According to the prosecution, RTI activist Premlal Gurjar had discovered this fraud, which in 2017 revealed that Rukmani, wife of Vikram Singh Chauhan, had got a job using another woman’s marksheet. Rukmani had secured a government job using the 10th and 12th marksheet and his own fake caste certificate using Burwah resident Anjubala Rathore, who currently lives in Petlavad district Jhabua. After this, she started working as a teacher in Government Primary School No. 6 Barwah.
RTI activist Premlal Gurjar received verified copies of 10th and 12th marksheets and caste certificates from Rukmani’s service record from the Education Department and showed Anjubala. After this, Anjubala complained to the Education Department Khargone and Barwah police station and revealed the fraud of the accused woman.
