The Government of Chhattisgarh has taken a major administrative decision in the Finance Department and transferred the officers of the State Finance Service and Subordinate Accounts Cadre on a large scale. This transfer list includes the names of 122 of the State Finance Service and 56 officers and employees of the accounting cadre.
Transfers under CG Transfer Policy 2025
The state government has carried out these transfers under Chhattisgarh Transfer Policy 2025 (CG Transfer Policy). It is worth noting that the duration of exemption of this policy has been extended by 30 June 2025, so that the transfer under process can be completed on time. All transferred orders related to this will be uploaded on the departmental website by 30 June.
Many important names included in the jumbo transfer list
In the transfer list issued by the Finance Department, new responsibilities have been entrusted to the officers working in posts like Treasury Officer, Assistant Director, Jyesht Sampark, and Assistant Confractor. Some officers have been given permanent posting free from their additional charge, so that clarity and efficiency can be brought in administrative work.

This move of the government is being considered an important initiative towards administrative reforms and acceleration of functioning. According to departmental sources, this transfer process has been done on the basis of experience and efficiency of officers and employees, so that transparency and accountability in financial operations remain.
