BHEL History and Current Status
- The government gave 6000 acres of land to BHEL in the 1960s. Out of this, only 3000 acres of land is being used.

- The land of BHEL adjoining AIIMS is worth crores of rupees, but there is illegal possession at the business level here too.
- Jamburi Maidan on BHEL 90 acres and Anna Nagar on 12 acres has been settled, which is completely illegal.
