With the introduction of this new machine, AIIMS Raipur has become the only government hospital in Chhattisgarh, where cancer detection special injections (called radiotors) will be made themselves. Earlier these injections had to be ordered from outside.

Doctors say that these new injections are very accurate in detecting diseases, especially in diseases that are complicated. Hospital officials said that by making their medicines themselves, patients will be able to get treatment quickly and the dependence on outside companies will also be reduced. This new feature will bring a new revolution in the treatment of cancer, especially in prostate, stomach and breast cancer.
