A meeting of the District Road Safety Committee was held in the Collector Office to improve the traffic of Indore city. In this meeting, Collector Ashish Singh directed that registration of such vehicles will now be canceled, which sell materials.
Also, improvement work will be done at more than 20 intersections with black spots. District administration, municipal corporation, traffic police officers were present in the meeting.
Accidents will be improved on possible areas
- In the meeting, Collector Singh said that continuous effective action is being taken to improve traffic in the city. He kept making every effort to improve the traffic system in the city.
- The black spot identified to prevent accidents should be abolished. Black spot has been formed at many intersections. There is a possibility of road accidents here.
- Collector Singh has asked to start the improvement work here soon. The left turn of these intersections will be widely instructed that a special campaign for fitness of passenger buses will also be conducted.
- This campaign will be jointly operated by the Department of Traffic and Transport. Left turn of MPEB of the city’s leading Pipliahana intersection will be widened. Along with this, left turn of Industries House Tiraha, Geeta Bhawan Square, GPO Square, Cantonment Square will also be widened.

Three tamarind intersections in black spot intersections, Ralamandal intersection, Tejaji Nagar Square, Calod Kartal Phata, Bypass Road, Special Jupiter Hospital in front of three tamarind road, Prabhu Tool-Kata Nemawar Road, in front of Decathalan, in front of Decathalan, in front of bypass Omex City, in front of Best Price, Best Price, Bicholi Underpass Park Chauraha, Bicholi Underpass IT Park, Lavuchh, The intersection, Gandhi Nagar Rinjalaya Phata, Dewas Naka Square etc. are included.
