Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will launch the Kshipra Tirtha Parikrama organized under the water Ganga Promotion Campaign from Ramghat in Ujjain on June 4 at 8 am. In this event, on 5 June Ganga Dussehra, Chief Minister Maa Kshipra will offer 351 feet long grand chunri. The event will be held on the eve of Ganga Dussehra festival, dedicated to the sense of reverence, culture and water conservation.

Thousands of devotees including saints, historians, litterateurs and subject experts will participate in this two -day pilgrimage event of Kshipra Lok Sanskriti Samiti. The journey route will have religious programs along with darshan of mythological and historical sites.

Parikrama Path and Program

The Kshipra Tirtha Parikrama Yatra will start from Ramghat in Ujjain on June 4 and will go to Narasimha Ghat, Karkaraj Temple, Nanakheda, Triveni, Shani Temple and Gurukul School. There will be a system of rest and prasad here. The journey will start again and return to Ramghat in the evening via Sikandari, Gothra, Chintaman, Hungry Mata, Gurunanak Ghat. There will be a musical performance of famous bhajan singer Pawan Tiwari.

Parikrama will resume from Dutt Akhara Ghat on June 5 with flag worship and Ranjit Hanuman, Mangalnath, Kaal Bhairav, Sandipani Ashram, Debamukteshwar and other pilgrimages will return to Ramghat at 5 pm.

Special event on Ganga Dussehra

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav will offer 351 feet long grand chunri to Mother Kshipra at Dutt Akhara Ghat on the evening of June 5. On this occasion, the Indian Army’s synown band, the famous Harikatha reader Gwalior’s Pt. Dholi Buv Maharaj and the famous bhajan singer of Mumbai, Suswasi Mehul will give their performances.

The event will include MP Umeshnathji Maharaj, Anil Ferozia, Kshipra Tirtha Parikrama Organizing Executive Chairman Mahant Rameshwardas Maharaj, MLA Anil Jain Kaluheda, Mayor Mukesh Tatwal and many public representatives, social workers and devotees.
