Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will visit Pachmarhi, a major tourist destination of Narmadapuram district on 3 June. On this occasion, along with a special meeting of the state cabinet, he will inaugurate and inaugurated various development works worth Rs 33.88 crore related to tourism and other departments. The state government can take many important decisions in the proposed cabinet meeting in Pachmarhi. In this meeting, the proposal to install his statue in the memory of Raja Bhubht Singh, former Jagirdar of Pachmarhi, is under consideration. Along with this, there is a possibility of name of any institute in the Narmadanchal region after Raja Bhubht Singh. The aim of the government is that the valor and contribution of Raja Bhubht Singh should be taken to the coming generations. This decision taken in his honor will not only promote local pride, but will also work to save regional history. Before that in March 2022, a cabinet meeting was held in Pachmarhi under the chairmanship of the then Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Now once again a cabinet meeting is going to be held at this site.
CM will give their gift
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav Jatashankar and Pandav Caves Pink Toilet Lounge – Cost Rs 19 lakh, Pathway Construction in Jaistambh area – cost Rs 10 crore, Ghupgarh water supply scheme – cost 60 lakh rupees, Pachmarhi entrance – cost 35 lakh rupees, kitchen, restaurant and swimming pool – cost 1.35 crore.
Bhoomi Pujan will do the development works worth 21.39 crore
At the same time, Bhumi Pujan will be done for 6 new projects worth Rs 21.39 crore. It includes tourist facilities in Handi Kho – Rs 1.98 crore, development of infrastructure in Satpura Tiger Reserve – cost 2.13 crore rupees, Hilltop bungalow conversion to homestay – cost 6.70 crore rupees, construction of Mice Community Center – Cost 9.90 crore rupees, construction of central nurser – cost 34 lakh rupees.
Security system
In view of the presence of the Chief Minister and other ministers, strong security arrangements have been made for the security system. 900 policemen will be deployed. According to DSP Santosh Mishra, security and traffic system will be strictly implemented on the entire route from Sarees to Pachmarhi. Special vigilance will be taken on the routes prescribed for the movement of ministers.
Preparations for this meeting to be held in the memory of Raja Bhabhut Singh have been going on for three days at Raj Bhavan.
All the cabinet ministers will attend the meeting chaired by Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav. The ministers are expected to arrive from June 2 evening, for which arrangements have been made to stay in MP tourism hotels. The Chief Minister will reach Pachmarhi directly by helicopter on June 3 and will attend the meeting after stopping at Ravi Shankar Bhavan.
Collector Sonia Meena and other administrative officials visited Raj Bhavan and reviewed the meeting site and other arrangements including the residence of the ministers. The administration is also preparing for the naming of a park in memory of Raja Bhubht Singh.
Cabinet meeting was held in Pachmarhi 7 years ago
Earlier in Pachmarhi, a cabinet meeting was held in February 2018 under the chairmanship of the then Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan. Apart from this, the contemplation camp was also organized in March 2022.
900 personnel will be deployed in security
Other administrative officials including Narmadapuram Collector Sonia Meena visited the Raj Bhavan of Pachmarhi and took stock of the meeting site and other arrangements including the stay of the ministers. At the same time, 900 policemen will be deployed for security arrangements. There will be a round-round arrangement on the entire route from Saris to Pachmarhi. Police personnel will handle the routes and security arrangements for the arrival of ministers.
Development work will get gift
Here, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will also inaugurate the development works of 33.88 crore of tourism and other departments along with the cabinet meeting. The Chief Minister will inaugurate 5 projects worth Rs 12.49 crore. These include Pink Toilet Lounge of 19 lakhs on Jatashankar and Pandav Kews, Pathway of Jayastambh area of 10 crore, 60 lakh Ghupgarh water supply scheme. Along with this, the new kitchen, restaurant and swimming pool will be inaugurated in the Satpura retreat built at a cost of 1.35 crore made from 35 lakhs.
They will do Bhoomi Pujan
At the same time, CM will also perform Bhoomi Pujan of 6 new projects costing 21.39 crore. These include tourist facilities worth 1.98 crore in Handi Kho, 2.13 crore basic facilities in Satpura Tiger Reserve and home stay of Hilltop bungalow from 6.70 crore. Apart from this, the work of MICE Community Center of 9.90 crore and central nursery of 34 lakh will also start.
