The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is conducting raids in five states of the country. A total of 15 locations of 5 states are being raided by the investigating agency regarding the information related to terrorist activities. The states which are being raided by the NIA include a total of five states including Uttar Pradesh, Assam, West Bengal. There are raids in Gorakhpur district of Uttar Pradesh since last night.
According to the information, the NIA raids are taking place in a case related to suspicious activities including any major financial transactions, terror funding. However, the NIA has not yet issued any official statement on the matter, which has deepened the mystery.

Family accused of misconduct
Deepak Yadav, nephew of Pannelal Yadav, accused the media of using force during action. The family is also accusing the women present in the house of allegedly using abusive language. Deepak claimed that the team did not find any concrete evidence despite a 6 -hour tough inquiry. Pannelal’s elder son Aman Yadav also complained of alleged harassment on the family. However, these allegations have not been confirmed. The police is denying any such thing. During the operation, the police of Khajni police station also stayed with the team.
Special team from Lucknow
The raid was led by a special team from Lucknow, headed by Rajesh Kumar Pandey. He was accompanied by local police including Manish Kumar, lawyer Khan and Khajni SDM Rajesh Pratap Singh.
