The role of youth will be very important in making India a developed nation by 2047.
The Chief Minister said that the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad is the largest student organization in the world. It is very happy that this three -day National Council meeting is being held on the land of Chhattisgarh. Life is incomplete without education. Education is the core of development. Today all the top institutes of education are established in Chhattisgarh. Today, youth in our state are studying in national institutions like IIT, AIIMS, Triple IT, National Law University. The new education policy is applicable in Chhattisgarh. Under the new education policy, we are also connecting youth with employment. In Chhattisgarh, an organization like effort is working to teach school children. Children educated in the effort are achieving success in a large number of competition examinations.
Chief Minister Sai said that Tribal Youth Hostel is established in New Delhi for such youth who want to prepare for the examinations. We have increased the capacity of this Tribal Youth Hostel to 200 seats. We are building Nalanda campus across the state where children can study in a calm environment. We have taken the initiative here that students should also study medical studies in Hindi language. Primary level children in the state are being educated in their mother tongue Gondi, Halbi etc.
The Chief Minister said that the new industrial policy of Chhattisgarh is being appreciated throughout the country. Under the new industrial policy, we are not only bringing investment in the state but also providing employment to a large number of youth. The work of semiconductor chip construction and AI Data Center has started in Chhattisgarh. There will also be a big possibility of employment of youth in these areas. Our government has handed over the investigation of corruption in PSC to the CBI. It is our top priority to not play with the future of youth.
The Chief Minister said that during good governance Tihar, we are taking feedback of the work done by the government in one and a half years from the public. The third phase of good governance Tihar is currently going on, under which we are visiting the entire state. The applications received in the first phase were resolved by our officials in the second phase. Now in the third phase we are going to the public. In a year and a half, we have fulfilled most of the guarantee of Prime Minister Modi. People have promised the promise we had promised to provide Prime Minister’s residence. 70 lakh mothers and sisters are getting the amount of great worship. During good governance Tihar, a woman in Narayanpur told me this very happily that she had bought a sewing machine with the amount of Mahtari Vandan. Through which she is earning 4 to 5 thousand. Similarly, a sister told that she is running a grocery shop with this amount and earning an income of two to three thousand rupees. Chhattisgarh is the first state in the country where the good governance and convergence department has been started. All the work of the government is being done with transparency. We are now moving towards digitization. Files are now online with e-file medium. We are closing all the way of corruption.
On this occasion, the Minister Ramvichar Netam, Health Minister Shyam Bihari Jaiswal, MLA Kiran Dev, MLA Motilal Sahu and other dignitaries were present.
