Additional Chief Secretary Vinod Kumar and DG Home Guard Arvind Kumar have the last working day in government service on Friday. Similarly, Datia Collector Sandeep Kumar Mockin has also retired from today. These officers are to retire on 31 May, but due to Saturday holiday on 31 May, they will retire from today. After the retirement of Home Guard DG Arvind Kumar, the Home Department has posted Pragya Richa Srivastava in her place as the new Home Guard DG. On the other hand, orders are yet to be issued by the General Administration Department regarding the name of the new ACS. It is believed that in such a situation, Manish Rastogi can be posted in a vacant post of Additional Chief Secretary. Hariranjan Rao is named in the seniority order from Principal Secretary Finance Manish Rastogi in the IAS office list, but Rao is posted on deputation in Delhi and his return is not currently reported.
Therefore, giving a fictional promotion to Rao, the General Administration Department can issue an order to promote Rastogi to the post of Additional Chief Secretary. On the other hand, Datia Collector Sandeep Kumar Mockin’s retirement is also on 31 May. Therefore, a new collector will be posted in Datia in a couple of days. Special DG has been posted on this post on the retired Hane of Home Guard DG Arvind Kumar, the new posting of IPS officers. In the order issued by the Home Department, Pragya Richa Srivastava has now been given the responsibility of DG Home Guard Civil Defense and Disaster Management from Special DG Women Safety Police Headquarters Cell. Anil Kumar, who is holding additional charge of ADG SISF PHQ and Police Welfare, has been given additional charge of ADG Women Safety Police Headquarters and Police Welfare.

PM Narendra Modi is going to inaugurate the virtual of the airport of Datia from Bhopal on Saturday. Therefore, Mockin can work till the evening of 31 May until the new officer is posted to the post of Datia Collector.

The government has posted Additional Director General of Police, SISF Police Headquarters Bhopal, Additional Charge-Welfare, Police Headquarters, Bhopal IPS Anil Kumar as Additional Director General of Police, Women Safety, Police Headquarters, Bhopal, Additional Charge Kalyan, Police Headquarters, Bhopal will remain as additional charge on Anil Kumar.

The Home Department has also given additional charge to the post of Additional Director General of Police, Visbal, Police Headquarters, Bhopal IPS Chanchal Shekhar as well as the post of Additional Director General of Police, SISF Police Headquarters, Bhopal along with their current work.
For the first time, Home Guard DG, the women officer, Home Guard DG Arvind Kumar is a 1988 batch officer and retired from government service today. Home Guard is the post of DG cadre, so special DG has been posted in this post. Therefore, Pragya Richa Srivastava has been given the responsibility of DG Home Guard. On the other hand, ADG DC Sagar will be promoted to the post of DG when Arvind Kumar retires. He will be posted for this post for a month and will retire in June.
