The threat of Corona virus is once again in the country. In recent times, cases of Kovid-19 infection have been continuously increasing. According to the latest report of the Health Department, more than 1200 new cases have been registered across the country so far and 12 people have lost their lives. The new variant of the Corona virus is gradually spreading to many states of the country, causing health agencies and administrative staff to be alert.
The way the activities of Corona had slowed down for some time, people had a feeling of relief. But now the new variant of the virus has once again increased concerns. New cases are coming up in many parts of the country, especially in Kerala, Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka and Haryana. So far, more than 400 people in Kerala have been hit by this new wave, due to which this state is once again becoming hotspots.
The situation in Haryana and Bihar is also serious
Haryana Health Minister Aarti Singh Rao recently issued a statement and appealed to the public and health workers to be vigilant and active. He said that caution is the biggest weapon to break the series of infections. A total of 16 new cases have been reported in the state so far. In Bihar’s capital Patna, 10 new cases of Korona have been registered, due to which the administration has also come on alert mode. Patna District Magistrate Chandrashekhar Singh said that the condition of the patients is currently stable and all protocols are being followed.
The Central and State Governments have issued necessary guidelines to the Health Department. All government and private hospitals have been instructed to alert and maintain adequate stock of oxygen cylinders, medicines and necessary medical equipment. In addition, the process of testing and tracking is being intensified to identify the infected in time. Is placed in isolation and is being regularly monitored. The local administration has increased vigilance in the university campus.
Instructions have been given to district administration and health departments across the country to ensure availability of all resources related to Kovid. Hospitals have been asked to maintain adequate stock of beds, oxygen, medicines and vaccines. In addition, regular check -up and tracking process is also being further strengthened. Medical experts believe that this time the symptoms are lighter than before, but no relaxation should be given to caution. People have been advised to wear masks, avoid congestion and maintain hygiene of hands. Also, people who have not yet taken booster dose have been urged to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
