Booking started from 27 May 2025
According to the government’s guide line, registrations for DDA flats have started from May 20. So if you have not yet registered on the DDA website, then get it done immediately. Booking of flats will start from 27 May i.e. on Tuesday at 12 noon.
You have to submit the application online for this. How will it be applied online. If you apply as soon as possible, you can get a home of your choice. It may also be that flats do not avoid booking till the last date.
There are 29 locations where flats are available
These flats are being found in Siraspur, Narela and Loknayakapuram in the capital Delhi. There are a total of 29 locations where flats are available. Most of the flat are in Narela. Here are EWS, LIG, MIG and HIG all flats.
Only LIG flats are available in Siraspur. While Loknayakapuram has LIG and MIG flats. The DDA has decided to open the booking of flats at 3 places in Delhi under this scheme.
Flats start from 13.3 to 13.6 lakh rupees
This scheme of DDA has flats for all classes under this scheme. The lowest price flat is in Sirspur. Here 564 flats of 35-36 square meters are being available for Rs 13.3 to 13.6 lakhs after 25 percent discount. Narela has the most expensive flats in Pocket-3, 4 and 7. The price of Hig Flats here is between 1.27 crore and 1.47 crore rupees.
