Hindi cinema is shocked by the sudden death of its popular actor Mukul Dev. Mukul Dev is known for his work in recent films like ‘Son of Sardar’, ‘R… Rajkumar’, ‘Jai Ho’. He was 54 years old.
According to the information, Mukul Dev died on Friday night. When his friends received the news of his death on Saturday, he reached his house. The cause of his death has not been confirmed. The official statement is awaited from his family and friends.
His close friend and actress Deepshikha Nagpal confirmed the news on social media. He shared a throbac picture and wrote in Instagram Story, “RIP”. Mukul Dev was last seen in ‘Ant the End’ with Hindi film Divya Dutta. He is the younger brother of actor Rahul Dev.

Mukul Dev was born in a Punjabi family in New Delhi, whose roots were connected to a village near Jalandhar. His father Hari Dev was an assistant commissioner in the police and he had introduced Mukul to Afghani culture. His father could speak Pashto and Persian language.
Mukul’s first introduction to the entertainment world was in class 8 when he performed Michael Jackson at a dance show of Doordarshan and for this he got remuneration for the first time. Mukul received training to fly airplanes from Indira Gandhi National Flight Academy.
Mukul Dev, who made her acting debut with the serial ‘Mukin’ (1996), hosted the first season of ‘Fear Factor India’. He started in films with ‘Dastak’, in which he played the role of ACP Rohit Malhotra. This was also the first film of former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen.
