New Delhi
In response to the Pahalgam terror attack, Pakistan came to his knees from Operation Sindoor in India and had to plead for a ceasefire. There is now a stressful peace between the two countries. This tension has also affected the game. Meanwhile, the International Cricket Council (ICC) is scheduled to have an annual conference in Singapore in July. It will run from 17 July to 20 July. It is likely to discuss the future of India-Pakistan cricket in ICC tournaments.

There was speculation that India would not play in the Asia Cup cricket tournament in September in which Pakistan also has to participate. However, the BCCI has rejected these speculation. The Women Asia Cup in Sri Lanka next month has been canceled because India will not participate in it.

During the annual conference of the International Cricket Council (ICC), the future of India-Pak cricket is likely to be discussed in the competitions of the Sports Operations institution which will be in Singapore from 17 to 20 July.

Both countries play with each other in only those competitions in which many teams play. But the recent military conflict is speculating about the future of the match between the two in ICC competitions, which will start from the T20 World Cup to be held in the joint hosting of India and Sri Lanka next year.

A source of the Cricket Board of India (BCCI) told PTI, ‘The issue is sure to come to the annual conference to discuss the annual conference. Although India and Pakistan are less likely to play in ICC knockout, but not keeping them in the same group has been common in ICC competitions and it is likely.
