Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that it is the objective of the state government to establish a order to facilitate the life of the common man. Madhya Pradesh has joined the leading state of the country in the implementation of public interest schemes with the duty of the employees. State employees are working to create brings like tap and indigo between the government and the public. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the reception of Madhya Pradesh State Employees Union at Ravindra Bhavan. On behalf of the Employees Union, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was welcomed by wearing large size garlands. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav announced the approval on behalf of the Employees Union to provide the benefit of the health insurance scheme to the employees. He said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the state government is committed to employee welfare. The government of the state, following the central government, has decided to make dearness allowance of the employees of the state equal to the center. Along with this, the demand for house rent allowance pending for 9 years has also been met. Along with this, the transfer policy has been implemented in the state in view of the convenience of officers and employees and their families.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that the state government had promised to solve the pending problems of the employees. All problems have been resolved in a systematic manner. Special campaigns are conducted for recruitment to vacant posts. All posts have been filled in the police. Along with this, approval has been given for the police band of the band in all the districts. The process of filling the vacant posts by conducting the examination of the Public Service Commission is being ensured every year. For the convenience of government employees, government housing is being arranged on priority. Bus service for public transportation is also going to start in the state, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that 3000 new houses in the new market were inaugurated and allotted to the employees. This is an attempt to make the lives of employees more comfortable. Similarly, Anganwadi workers, mini Anganwadi workers, assistants were approved to give the benefit of the insurance cover of Prime Minister Jeevan Jyoti Insurance and Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana. On the initiative of Prime Minister Shri Modi, the security coverage of health insurance is being made available to most of the countrymen. In this sequence, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also announced the approval of health insurance demand of employees.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that employment opportunities are increasing due to expansion of industrial activities in the state. The state government is providing special incentives to employment industries. The target is to increase milk production in the state from 9 percent to 20 percent. Many activities are being conducted in the state for the betterment of the four categories, young women and farmers and poor set by Prime Minister Shri Modi. The state of electricity, water, roads and infrastructure in the state is better than many states. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav expressed his gratitude to the employees for reception and expressed confidence that the government and employees will continue to work continuously like a team for the betterment of the life of the people.
