Chief Minister Vishnu Dev Sai gave important instructions to make the judicial system public welfare during the joint review meeting held at Bijapur district headquarters and said that “To provide timely and accessible justice to the villagers living in remote areas, arrangements should be ensured in the courts. He said that the judicial process can be easily intensified by using digital technology, which will give relief to the common people, which will give relief to the general public. Chief Minister Shri Sai said that “Good Governance Tihar” is not just a formal program, but a reflection of transparency and accountability of governance. He informed that good governance Tihar 2025 is being run in three phases, and in the third phase he himself is visiting the districts. He said that in the last one and a half years we have implemented Modi’s guarantee promises on priority, which has further strengthened the confidence in the government.

The Chief Minister said that effective action has been taken against Naxalism in Bastar division in the last one and a half years. He reiterated the resolve to eradicate Naxalism by March 2026 and said that for the Maoists who surrendered, there should be complete arrangements for residence, rehabilitation, skill training and employment. He directed that placement camps should be organized with NMDC and private sector participation so that these youths can return to the mainstream.

The Chief Minister said that employment opportunities should be developed in tribal areas as per local resources. Giving information about the Atal Seva Kendras started in 1460 panchayats, he said that now the villagers will get services like banking in the village itself.

The Chief Minister said that the tribal dominated Bastar region is rich in minerals and forest produce wealth. The income growth of the residents here and they are making positive efforts from the mainstream of development. By ensuring the overall development of Bastar, not only Bastar, Chhattisgarh and the country will be eradicated from Bastar by March 2026. He directed the development of forest produce, processing and cultivation to the development of irrigation, including the development of irrigation, fisheries, animal husbandry, goatrades, safety and milk production, including promotion of farming and prosperity of the tribal community. At the same time, focus on the development of tourism facilities in Bastar and asked to promote employment through it.

The Chief Minister asked the general public to ensure the availability of maximum services through the Atal Digital Facilitation Center in the Gram Panchayats of Bastar. He directed to continue the road, bridge-culvert and other development works in the respective areas under the Nayed Nellanar scheme and continue to engage in public service. At the same time, instructions were given to ensure effective implementation of all the schemes of the government and to ensure saturation to each eligible persons with individual schemes.

The Collector of Bijapur informed that the quality of education is being increased through Summer Camp and Bal Shiksha Mitra program. The Chief Minister appreciated the officials on a significant improvement in examination results in Dantewada district (10% in high school and 4% in higher secondary).

The Chief Minister gave information about the concessions given to install rice mills under the new industrial policy and instructed to connect the local youth with it. He talked about encouraging maize cultivation in high land so that the farmers increase income.

Giving information about the Chief Minister’s Rural Bus Service Scheme, Chief Minister Shri Sai said that the inner villages of Bastar and Surguja divisions will be connected by the main road. He instructed the Bijapur and Dantewada collector to send the proposal after identifying the route.

The Chief Minister urged the officials to work with team spirit and give the public interest a top priority. In the meeting, DGP Shri Arun Dev Gautam also emphasized on the coordinated working style.
