Even though India and Pakistan have been ceasefire, the rebels in Balochistan are still plaguing the neighboring country. 4 truck drivers of Punjab origin have been kidnapped and murdered in Balochistan. The Balochistan Liberation Army has not taken responsibility for the killings of these people, but the suspicion of Pakistani agencies is on the Baloch rebels. Actually these truck drivers were kidnapped on 9 May. They were abducted when they were bringing LPG trucks from Iran. They were stopped by Baloch rebels on the way and then kidnapped after knowing their identity.
For a long time, Baloch rebel has been targeting Pakistanis of Punjabi origin. In the last few years, such incidents have increased rapidly. According to Dawn’s news, these people were abducted from Ahmedwal area located about 100 km from Quetta. The rebels first fired the truck tires and punctured. After this, the drivers were abducted. They had left the truck drivers even before the security forces reached the spot. Now his bodies have been recovered on Tuesday. These bodies were found at a deserted place.
Their information was given to the police administration on behalf of the local people. After this, these bodies were taken to Noski. The doctors of the hospital say that all these people have been shot nearly and they died due to several bullets. Two of these driver Moin and Hujifa are residents of Pakpattan area of Pakistani Punjab. The other two Imran Ali and Irfan Ali Rahim were residents of Yar Khan. These bodies were sent to their homes after completing legal formalities. The investigation of this case has started, but so far no one has taken responsibility.
Why are people of Punjabi origin targeting only
In fact, many such incidents have come to light when Baloch rebels blocked the highway and then killed people of Punjabi origin. Apart from this, the Jafar Express train was also abducted in the past. In this too, only people of Punjabi origin were targeted. Baloch rebels say that Pakistan has illegal occupation of their land. Apart from this, Punjab is dominated by the rule, army, politics of the country and Balochistan is kept on shore.
