The Madhya Pradesh High Court has given relief orders in favor of retired employees of the state government. The Division Bench of Chief Justice Suresh Kumar Kait and Justice Vivek Jain has said that the pensioners should go to pay all subsidized benefits in 6 weeks, including a salary increase with 7% interest from May 1, 2023, in 6 weeks.
Petition was filed in 2024 towards Pensioners Welfare Association
Pensioners Welfare Association, Bhopal President Amod Saxena and Dinesh Kumar Chaturvedi of Narmadapuram filed a petition in 2024. Told the court that they are all entitled to an annual increment before completing the retirement age.
Pensioners get big relief from High Court
The High Court, while giving relief to pensioners in this case, made it clear in its judgment that the financial benefit would be given only on 1 May 23 to 7% with interest.
