Reduce applications received under Good Governance Tihar within two days: Collector
Instructions given to speed up resolving by taking a time-limit meeting

A time-limit meeting was convened this morning under the chairmanship of Collector Nileshkumar Mahadev Kshirsagar, in which he instructed to resolve the applications received under good governance Tihar within the next two days. At the same time, the officials were also directed to resolve the quality of all applications. The departments, which have received the most complaints which are related to drinking water, hand pump improvement, housing, ration etc., were instructed by the Collector to dispose of the applications as soon as possible.
In a meeting held at the Collectorate Hall from 10 am today, the Collector said that good governance is a highest priority program of Tihar State Government and all the officials should resolve the applications received under it seriously. Apart from this, if any type of demand is to be resolved at the government level

The Collector also instructed the Chief Medical Officer for immediate issuance of disability certificate to provide benefits of the government’s scheme to the disabled. Deputy Director Agriculture said that the availability of fertilizer and seeds in the district has increased and sufficient amount of fertilizer and seeds are available as per the demand of farmers. Apart from this, in the meeting, while reviewing the pending applications in various departments including Collector Revenue, Tribal Development, Women and Child Development, Water Resources, Health, School Education, Forest, Urban Bodies, Public Health Engineering, Public Works, they were instructed to resolve them as soon as possible. During this, officers of various departments including Additional Collector Jitendra Kumar Kurre were present.
