Pakistan has issued a notice to airman in this regard. This notice has been issued by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority on Saturday evening. These notams have become effective from 4 pm on May 10 and will be effective till 18 May 5. That is, Rahim Yar Khan Noor Base will not work for so long.
Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority said that the reason for closure is the work in progress. But Pakistan has not told what he is doing at its military airport in such an important time like war. The noteem states that this airbase will not be operated for flight at the moment.

Rahim Yar Khan Airbase, officially known as Sheikh Zayed International Airport, is located near the city of Rahim Yar Khan in Punjab province of Pakistan. This airport is about 4.6 km south-west from the city.

There is also Sheikh Zayed International Airport in Rahim Yar Khan Airbase. According to the airport data available on Flightradar 24, its only runway- runway is 01/19- Bituminous surface and its length is 3,000 meters or 9,843 feet.
Although this airport is operated by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA), it is also used by the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) for military purposes.
