The meritorious students of Raipur district, who topped the 10th and 12th board examinations of Chhattisgarh, were honored at Raj Bhavan today. During this, Governor Ramen Deka congratulated all the students and honored them by giving them medals, souvenirs and incentives of Rs 5,000.
