Rohit Thakur, a bank employee in a road accident, was killed. The court has ordered a compensation of Rs 83 lakh to the family of the deceased in this case. The accident took place in Ratibad area two years ago. Rohit Thakur was leaving his bike on 4 June 2023, when an auto hit him. He died during treatment. The court has ordered the insurance company to give this compensation amount.
Rohit used to earn 30 thousand months
Rohit Thakur worked in a government bank. He used to earn 30 thousand rupees every month. His family had applied for compensation in court. The court has given this decision keeping all the facts in mind. The incident took place in the area of Ratibad police station. The police registered a case and started investigation. Investigation revealed that the accident occurred due to the negligence of the auto driver.
Used to maintain family with this earning
According to the court, Rohit Thakur was completely healthy before the accident. He was a class IV employee in a government bank. His monthly income was 30 thousand rupees. He used to take care of his family with this earning. After his death, the family applied to the court for compensation.
Announcement of compensation of 83 lakh rupees
Prakash Dubey himself, who is the 21st member and a member of the motor accident tribunal, has ordered the insurance company to give a compensation of Rs 83 lakh to the deceased’s family. Rohit Thakur was going from Bhadbhada towards Nebadh on 4 June 2023. On the road leading from Bhadbhada Chowki to Suraj Nagar, auto number MP-04-RB-6065 hit Rohit’s bike from behind. Rohit was seriously injured in this accident. He was rushed to Hamidia Hospital for treatment, where he died the next day. The case was recorded as a marg in the Ratibad police station.

Rohit is survived by his wife and children. His death had broken a mountain of sorrows on the family. The family had pleaded for justice from the court.
