ECB may reject a proposal
News agency ANI quoted the ECB formula as saying- UAE has a diverse population of South Asian people who enjoy cricket. Hosting a tournament such as PSL amidst such stressful circumstances can worsen harmony, pose a security risk, and unnecessary tension between communities.
Foreign players want to leave the league
Earlier on Thursday, PCB canceled the match between Peshawar Jalmi and Karachi Kings at the Rawalpindi Stadium. The reports in the British media states that the English players participating in the league are considering leaving it due to security concerns.
