Emergency declared in Operation Sindoor panicked Pakistan, Punjab province

There is a panic in Pakistan after the air strike done by the Indian Army under ‘Operation Sindoor’ in the early hours of Wednesday. Meanwhile, Emergency has been declared in Pakistan’s Punjab province. This operation of India was in response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22 April. 25 Indian citizens and a Nepali citizen died in that attack.

The Pakistani army has confirmed the death of 26 people and more than 46 injuries in the Indian strike targeting terrorist bases. India made this strike in Punjab province and Pakistan occupied Kashmir (POK).

Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz of Pakistan’s Punjab province, Maryam Nawaz, has announced an emergency in the entire province in view of the seriousness of the situation. According to the government statement, all educational institutions have been closed for Wednesday.

High alert in Punjab

The statement said that all security agencies including Punjab Police have been kept on high alert. The administrative units of all the districts have been alerted. Also, the holidays of all doctors and medical personnel have been canceled and they have been ordered to return to duty immediately.

Officers and employees of all concerned departments including civil defense have also been summoned so that there is no shortage of relief and rescue work. Soon after the attacks, Pakistan completely shut down its airspace, which is now being partially opened.

Most of the nine terrorist bases targeted in India’s ‘Operation Sindoor’ were the same from where terrorist attacks were conspired in India.

India carried out nine accurate attacks

Let us tell you that late night the Indian armed forces carried out accurate missile attacks on nine terrorist bases, including Bahawalpur of Jaish-e-Mohammed, Punjab’s Bahwalpur. In a press briefing, Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said that ‘India’s action has been concentrated, napi-tuli and non-envious’. He said that Pahalgam’s attack was highly barbaric.

During this, Colonel Sophia Qureshi said that the armed forces of India ran ‘Operation Sindoor’ between 1:5 am to 1.30 pm on the night of 6-7 May 2025. He said, “This operation was launched to give justice to innocent citizens and their families victims of gruesome terrorist attacks in Pahalgam on 22 April. In this action neither military bases nor common people were targeted. Nine terrorist camps were targeted and completely destroyed.”
