Review of safety, passenger facilities and redevelopment works on Guna -Rani Kamalapati railway block

Divisional Railway Manager of Bhopal Division of West Central Railway Shri Devashish Tripathi today visited Guna, Ashoknagar and Ganjbasoda railway stations while inspecting Guna -Rani Kamalapati railway block. During the inspection, he conducted a detailed review of the ongoing redevelopment works, safety standards and passenger facilities under the Amrit Station Scheme. Taking stock of the progress of the progress of the works, he also provided necessary guidelines to the concerned officials. During this, Mr. Tripathi inspected the window trailing from Guna to Bina and made a subtle observation of the structure of the railway line, the status of the tracks, the signaling system, the cross -crossings and other important infrastructure related to security.
Guna station: Dialogue with running staff and investigation of safety equipment
At Guna station, Divisional Railway Manager Shri Devashish Tripathi inspected the station yard, platform shed, running room, crew lobby, circulating area and ticket counter under Amrit Station Scheme and took stock of their current status and development works. While examining the facilities available in the running room and crew lobby, he interacted with the staff and inquired about their work conditions and instructed the concerned departments to resolve the problems early. While closely reviewing the interlocking system, points, crossings and signaling equipment in the yard, he stressed on completing the redevelopment works in a quality and time -bound manner.
During the inspection, he inspected the site of LHS No. 68 (Limited Height Subway) located near Mahuguda, which is being built on the level number 68. He directed the employees associated with the construction work to fully follow the safety rules. In addition, the proposed LHS construction scheme was also reviewed on the level number 16 near Mungavali and instructions were given for early work.
Ashoknagar Station: Micro assessment of infrastructure and passenger facilities
During the inspection at Ashoknagar station, Divisional Railway Manager Shri Devashish Tripathi reviewed the progress of construction works issued under the Amrit station scheme. He conducted a subtle test of safety signs installed on the side of the platform, current status of the track, structure of station yard, signaling system and various parts of the station building. Additionally, he gave necessary instructions to make passenger waiting rooms, clean drinking water supply, lighting and existing facilities of toilets and necessary to make them more clean, accessible and passenger friendly.
Ganjbasoda Station: Review of progress of development works
Reviewing the ongoing construction works under the Amrit station scheme at Ganjbasoda station, the Divisional Railway Manager visited the station premises, platform expansion, passenger information system, shed, lighting and ticket house.
On the occasion of inspection, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Mr. Saurabh Kataria, Senior Divisional Engineer (Central) Mr. K.K. Corporation, Senior Divisional Engineer (North) Mr. Narendra Lodhi, Senior Divisional Engineer (Cursation Operations) Mr. Sachin Sharma, Senior Divisional Signal and Telecom Engineer Shri Rao Abhishek, Senior Divisional Electricity Engineer (General) Mr. Sanjay Manoria, Divisional Operations Manager (Coaching) Mr. Pramod Pandit Jadhav and other officers and supervisors were present.
