With the aim of expanding railway services and providing better passenger facilities to railway passengers, railway projects worth Rs 44 thousand crore are in progress in Rajasthan. Giving this information, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, who reached the hometown on a brief stay on Monday, said that according to the vision of the railway Prime Minister, it is determined to provide safe and cheap rail service keeping in mind the interests of the poor and middle class and all efforts are being made for it.
Talking to reporters at the railway station, Vaishnav said that today the Central Government has approved a big railway budget of Rs 10,000 crore for the development and implementation of various railway projects in Rajasthan. He informed that the railway has completed the electrification work along with laying 3 thousand 784 km of railway lines in the last 10 years. He informed that under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme, railway stations are being renovated and renewed.
The Railway Minister informed that there is a rapid development of railway in the state, in which 1510 fly over and underpass construction, Pushkar-Merta Road new railway line, connectivity from Ambaji to Aburod to Taranga Hill, Luni-Samdari-Bhili rail route doubling, Reingus-Khatushyam ji 17 km new railway line, 17 km new rail line, Jaipur to Sarai Madhopur 131 km from Azer Several projects include doubling of 171 km route to Chittor, gauge changes between Mavli-Devgarh Madaria stations, construction of new railway line from Ras to Merta, construction of new railway line between Ramganj Mandi-Bhopal, big saadi stations from Neemuch.
He informed that approval of the new railway line for Ratlam-Banswara-Dungarpur will be taken from the Central Government and for this some issues are also being negotiated with the state government.

Under this, a large vision of clean train station has been adopted by Railways. Major cleaning of trains is being done in selected clean train station and there are 350 railway stations in the country and this number is now being increased to 750.
He informed that the way aircraft is cleaned at the airport, trains will be cleaned at these stations which is a wonderful and innovation in itself.
12 thousand general coaches were added to trains
The Railway Minister said that after the Korona period, 12 thousand general coaches have been added to various trains to make the railway services re -facilitated, which has greatly increased the facility of poor and middle class passengers. Apart from this, special trains are being operated across the country to facilitate the movement of passengers in view of summer vacation.
