The applications received under the good governance Tihar held in the district were reviewed in a time-limit meeting held in the Collectorate meeting today. Collector Smt. Chandan Tripathi. Collectorate Mrs. Tripathi told all the officials to act with personal interest in the applications received in good governance and public publicity as per the intention of the Chief Minister. The Collector told the departmental officials in the meeting that with the quick resolution and transparency of the applications received, the public has been instructed to give information in the Samadhan Camps.
The Collector said that during good governance Tihar, action has been taken on applications related to demand and complaints, but now it is necessary that information about these proceedings before the general public in the Samadhan camps should also be given with full transparency. He asked all the departments to inform the common people about the ambitious schemes of the government to the common people, so that the eligible beneficiaries can take advantage of these schemes.
In the meeting, the SDMs of Baikunthpur and Sonhat and Tehsildars of the concerned tehsils were directed to take quick action on the applications received in Revenue Fortnight and Good Governance Tihar and ensure quick resolution of pending cases. The Collector said in clear terms that negligence at any level will not be acceptable.
He instructed the departmental officers to ensure regular presence in the office of Patwari, Village Extension Officer, Panchayat Secretary, Health Worker, Anganwadi workers, assistants and supervisors. Officers of other departments including health, agriculture, public health mechanics, energy, school education, food departments were asked to resolve the applications related to Ayushman Card, Kisan Credit Card, Drinking Water System, Electricity, Students etc. on priority.
District Panchayat CEO Dr. Ashutosh Chaturvedi, District Forest Officer Chandrashekhar Shankar Singh Pardeshi, Additional Collector Arun Markam, D.D. Departmental officers including Mandavi were present.
