There is relief news for the employees of Madhya Pradesh. After the 5 per cent of the dearness allowance increase and the new transfer policy, the Mohan government has now taken another major decision.
Under this, interest will be available at the rate of 7.1 percent on their deposits of employees. The department has fixed the rate of interest from January 1 to March 31, 2025. It will be applicable to various deposit funds of employees. It is a matter of fact that the same rate was the same last year, that is, this time there has been no change in the rates.
Interest will be available on these funds
In fact, interest is received on the amount deposited in the General Provident Fund, Reserved Provident Fund, Patwari Special Provident Fund, Central India Life Insurance Fund, Departmental Provident Fund, Madhya Pradesh Government Servant Employees Insurance-Bachit Scheme.
Its rate is determined per three months. This time this rate has been kept at 7.1 percent from January to March 2025. Now from April to June 2025, the interest rate on these funds will be 7.1 percent. In the last quarter, interest was paid at the same rate.
