He also said that the company is expected to benefit in the quarter to end in June. The reason for this is that in June, there will be iPhones Made in India sold in the US, which will be saved from the impact of China tariffs. The concern is that Apple now makes many accessories in China. The total tariff in China on Apple Care and some accessories will reach 145 per cent.
However, Tim Cook did not say anything about what will happen after June. At present, the US has imposed 20 per cent tariffs on most countries, but has implemented 145 per cent tariffs on China.
