Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that the satisfaction of the public is our goal. It is good governance to live up to the expectations of the public, so be sure to provide benefits of good governance to every citizen of the state. Establish better dialogues with local public representatives and also implement their suggestions. Increase your efficiency and capacity in every possible way. Keep a close watch on all the incidents going on in the district. Implementation of the schemes to be ensured in the time limit, manage better and better. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav gave these instructions to all the collectors of the state. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav was addressing the Samadhan Online program from Samatwat Bhavan (Chief Minister’s residence) on Friday. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directly heard various cases of 14 districts of the state who came in Samadhan online and spoke to the applicants and inquired about the situation of resolving their case. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that all the collectors should try to strengthen the delivery system of the government’s schemes. It should be ensured that the work of citizens should be done on time and they do not have to wander here and there for their small needs.
Chief Secretary Anurag Jain, Additional Chief Secretary (Chief Minister’s Office) Dr. Rajesh Rajaura, Additional Chief Secretary Home J.N. Consotia, Director General of Police Kailash Makwana and all Additional Chief Secretary, Principal Secretary and Secretary were present.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that all the applications received in CM Helpline should be resolved within the stipulated time limit. If an issue solution is coming in online then it is serious. Under good governance, it is very important to ensure that the applicants get the diagnosis of their problem at the local level. He said that the government has graded the performance of the districts in all the schemes. Feedback is also being taken about the district and police administration. The districts who do not perform as expected in grading should improve their performance and get their trust by making citizens better administration and arrangements by making them customers friendly.
Farmers should not burn the straw, explain them for this
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that all the collectors should make farmers aware in their respective districts. Collectors should explain to the farmers that they should not burn stubble or other crop residue in their fields under any circumstances. Along with spreading environmental pollution by burning stubble, farmers should also be informed about the future damage related to their fertility due to the burning of the soil of the field. He said that burning the straw is not a solution. Farmers can also diagnose or dispose of stubble in other ways.
These 14 cases came in solution online
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav directly heard one case in Pandhurna, Morena, Umaria, Neemuch, Bhind, Betul, Niwari, Raisen, Narmadapuram and Dhar districts and 2-2 cases of Shahdol and Satna districts (total 14 cases) in Samadhan online.
Mrs. Kalavati Hingway, applicant from Pandhurna district, had complained that she was not paid by MNREGA regarding the construction of Kapil Dhara well, ram bond, farm-pond, land craft, Nandan Fruit Park. Collector Pandhurna said that the village employment assistant in this case has been separated from the post. The Panchayat Secretary has been suspended. The 15 -day salary of the convicted sub -engineer was stopped and a proposal for action against the Assistant Engineer found guilty has been sent to Commissioner Jabalpur. Currently, the applicant has been paid.
Applicant Brahmalal Singh of Morena district had complained about his delay in his totter nomination. The Collector informed that notice has been given to the concerned Naib Tehsildar in this case and action has also been taken on Patwari.
Applicant Deepak Kori of Umaria district had complained about not getting pension in the Indira Gandhi National Disabled Pension Scheme. The applicant said that after complaining, he is now getting pension. Collector Umaria said that a salary hike of the overall Social Justice Officer found guilty has been stopped for delay in getting pension to the beneficiary. The Gram Panchayat Secretary has been given a show cause notice and for the delay in this regard, the amount of penalty from the village employment assistant found specially guilty has been given to the applicant by recovering three thousand rupees.
Lalaram Bhil, a applicant from Neemuch district, had complained about not getting benefits due to the mistake of the forest department in the Forest Rights Certificate given to him. Additional Chief Secretary Forest Ashok Barnwal said that this situation was created with the applicant due to literal/technical error in the Forest Rights Certificate issued. After resolving, the applicant has been paid government funds of 9 lakh 28 thousand 200 rupees of his rights.
Dinesh Charakota, an applicant (student) of Bhind district, complained about not getting the post matric scholarship of the Tribal Affairs Department. Collector Bhind informed that action has been taken against the guilty area convenor for delay in getting the scholarship to the applicant. Apart from this, allegations of this case have also been added to the suspension charges of the district convenor (who are already suspended).
Applicant (farmer) Anokhilal Yadav of Betul district had complained of difficulty with his KCC Kisan Credit Card issued by the Cooperative Department. The applicant said that he had complained in the year 2022. Giving updated information in the case, Collector Betul said that the amount deposited by the applicant was embezzled by the concerned branch manager. Therefore, the manager was filed with an FIR, then recovery has also been made from him.
Applicant Chenu Kushwaha of Niwari district had complained about not getting the benefit of the housing amount under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban). Collector Niwari said that in the same branch where the applicant has an account, another person named Chenu Kushwaha also has an account. The city council had deposited the housing amount of the applicant in the account of that other person, after recovering the amount of housing, the applicant has been given to Chenu Kushwaha.
Raisen District applicant Balchand Vishwakarma had complained about not getting the benefit of insurance amount on the accidental death of his son. Collector Raisen informed that an insurance amount of two lakh rupees has been paid under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana. For this, the branch manager of the concerned bank himself went to the village of the applicant. On receiving this information, Chief Minister Dr. Yadav praised the concerned branch manager.
Applicant Rahul Yadav of Narmadapuram district had complained about not receiving drinking water even after completion of the work of Nal-Jal scheme in his village. Collector Narmadapuram said that this work was done under the Water Life Mission. A response has been sought from the company concerned from PHE. Currently there is a tubewell in the village, from which the families are receiving drinking water. 9 tube wells are to be mined in this village, whose work will be completed by 31 May 2025.
Rama Dangi, husband of Dhar district applicant Mrs. Seema Dangi, said that he needed a marriage certificate, which he could not get, so he had complained to the CM Helpline. Collector Dhar informed that the concerned Gram Panchayat Secretary has been suspended in this case and a fine of Rs 5000 has also been recovered from it.
Akshay Lal Cole, applicant of Shahdol district, did not receive assistance under the Scheduled Caste-Tribe Atrocities Prevention Act. It was told that the first installment has been paid to the applicant, the second installment could not be given due to non -presenting of challans. Collector Shahdol said that on 7 April 2025, the case of the applicant has been approved and given Rs 2 lakh, the case is being investigated for delay, whoever will be guilty will be taken action. Prabha Kanika, another applicant (student) of the same district, had complained to her about not getting the scholarship amount under the Girls Education Promotion Scheme. After complaining, he has received this amount. The Collector said that the primary teacher 2 salary has been stopped for giving the scholarship amount late and the District Education Officer and Divisional Joint Director Education have also been issued condolence notice by their departmental headquarters.
Ramlal Singh, the applicant (farmer) of Satnajil, had complained about not paying his wheat procurement. The applicant said that now he has received payment of his procurement amount. Collector Satna informed that the District Manager Civil Supplies Corporation convicted in the case has been suspended by giving condolence notice from his departmental headquarters. The guilty computer operator has been removed from the post. The service of 2 other persons convicted in the case has been terminated. Janki Das, the applicant of the same district, had complained about not getting marriage assistance under Madhya Pradesh Building Construction and Karmakar Kalyan Mandal. Collector Satna informed that in their case an amount of Rs 51 thousand has been paid to the applicant. A departmental inquiry of the employee concerned for delay in the case has been started.
