Gujarat Titans fast bowler Kagiso Rabada left IPL 2025 on April 3, due to which it has now come to light. According to PTI report, Rabada consumed the banned substance during the SA20 tournament. He was part of the MI Cape Town team. However, it was not a performance to increase a drug. Kagiso Rabada has confirmed this by issuing a statement.
When Kagiso Rabada left India and returned to his country South Africa, Gujarat Titans said that they had returned for personal reasons. Then no information was shared about his return. Now Rabada has returned to India. In a statement issued by the South Africa Cricketers Association (SACA), Rabada said that they are facing “temporary suspension”.
