The work of widening the 16 km long Ayodhya bypass road from Ratnagiri to Asharam Tirahe in Bhopal will start from June 1. The cost of widening this route is Rs 836 crore. It will be completed within a time period of 2 years. Smt. Krishna Gaur, Minister of State (Independent Charge), Backward Classes and Minorities Welfare, held a review meeting on Tuesday to progress the progress of the construction work of the Ministry Construction Agency NHAI and other officials of the concerned departments.
Minister of State Mrs. Gaur said that immediately contact the officials to solve any difficulty during the construction. Difficulty will be resolved immediately. This task should not be delayed, it should be prepared within a fixed time-limit of 2 years. He said that this will be the ideal road of the state. It also includes construction of fly over etc. Dansh Narwal, director of this project of NHAI, said that the work of widening Ayodhya bypass will be completed within the stipulated time. In this, the service road will be built first so that traffic is not deemed.
More than 4 times trees will be planted in place of cut trees
It was informed in the meeting that trees coming in Ayodhya bypass widening will be removed. More than 4 times trees will be planted in place of removed trees. Project Director Narwal said that the power pole and pipe line etc. coming in the road widening will be shifted on time. In the meeting, other construction works including construction of Anand Nagar fly over, Metro Rail Fly Over at Ratnagiri Tirahe were reviewed.
Minister of State Mrs. Gaur instructed to complete the land acquisition work for construction of Anand Nagar fly over in the next one week. Commissioner Municipal Corporation Sanjeev Singh, Project Director NHAI Devansh Narwal, General Manager of Metro Rail Bhopal, Public Works Department, Revenue and Municipal Corporation officials were present in the review meeting.
