Under the new education policy, preparations have been made to start pre-primary classes in government schools to compete with private schools. From June 16, nursery classes will start in 226 schools in the district in the new education session, due to which education will be provided to children taking admission in government schools. For this, students aged three years will be given admission in the institution. All these schools will be separated from Sandipani school. All these arrangements will be implemented in schools run in urban and rural areas.
District Project Coordinator Ramesh Ram Uike informed that nursery classes will start from June 16 in 226 government schools in the district. These classes are being regularized. Government schools will have PP-2 and PP-3 classes, which are being regularized by KG-1 other classes. Government schools will have PP-2 and PP-3 classes, which are equivalent to KG-1 and KG-2. In order to educate the students of nursery, training will be imparted through diet, so that teachers can give knowledge of quality education in the initial stages itself. Apart from this, teachers will also teach children by dancing and singing, so that students will easily get knowledge of letters.
Three years of age determined for admission to nursery
According to the new education policy, the age of 6 to 7 and a half years has been fixed for admission to first grade and three years of age for admission to nursery. Nursery classes are already conducted in private schools. This initiative is being started in government schools only to compete these schools. After 226 schools, this system will be implemented in all other schools in the district in the coming time. According to the DPC, on the lines of private school, teachers will now teach nursery children in sports. The previous year will be sent to the class further and the parents will go door-to-door to motivate them to get admission in nursery classes in government schools.
Children’s foundation will be strengthened by new use
According to DPC RR Uike, the school education department argues that more and more children should be linked to government schools. If the children of nursery are linked to the school in the initial stages, then they will study in government schools in the next class. Teachers will teach the children of nursery by dancing and singing the knowledge of the letter, in such a situation, students will learn to write letters and words to class first. In such a situation, the path of education of children will be easy and their foundation will also be completely strong. The department has implemented rules for this. Instructions have also been issued to teachers from house to house to conduct survey.
Make arrangements for children
The State Education Center has said in the direction issued to the district collectors that there should be a system of sack, drinking water and toilets in the school for the children taking admission. The school where admission is to be given, there should be a classroom operation facility of children who get admission in at least two classes and the grounds should be enough space to play outside.
