A case of assault has come to light with the court employee who reached Mahulpara in Mudhagelmal to get possession of the land on the order of the court in Amalipadar police station area of the district. The incident took place on 24 April 2025, when the order carrier Ramrao Solnke reached the spot under the court proceedings related to the land possession.
According to the information, while getting the possession, some people present there objected and Ramrao Solnke was attacked with a fat, punch, sticks. During this time, the attackers also tried to tear the document by snatching the bag. The assault has caused many injuries in the worker’s body. The video of this entire incident is going viral on social media.
Please tell that now a written complaint has been lodged by the victim Ramrao Solnke in this case in the police station Amalipadar. According to him, the attack was carried out with the intention of obstructing judicial work. Eyewitnesses also included Revenue Department officials, Kotwar, Patwari and villagers, who tried to intervene.
Station in -charge Faizul Shah said that on the report, the accused Meghnath Yadav, Chuleshwar Yadav, Dileshwari Yadav, Chaymani Yadav, Gaumani Yadav, Khumani Yadav, Khayambai Yadav, sections 126 (2), 221, 121 (1), 132, 296, 351 (2), and 191 (2) of the Indian Justice Code have been arrested under BNS, after which they were arrested.
