The people who are scorched by the heat may soon get relief, because the weather is ready to turn once again in the mountains. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has warned that between April 25 to 30, many districts of the state may receive thunderstorms with thunderstorms.
While on the one hand, the scorching heat and heat in the grounds are disturbing the people, the heat has started increasing in the hilly areas. Its effect is now visible on natural water sources, which has created a situation of water crisis in many areas.
Where and when it rains? Know district wise alert
April 25 – Chances of rain in Uttarkashi, Chamoli and Pithoragarh.
26 and 27 April – Along with these three districts, there is a possibility of rain and celestial electricity in Rudraprayag and Bageshwar.
April 28 – Hope to keep the weather clear in the entire state.
April 29 – Light to moderate rain may occur in Pithoragarh, Champawat and Nainital.
April 30 – The Meteorological Department has predicted widespread rains throughout Uttarakhand, especially in Champawat and Nainital.
Thunder and lightning warning
The IMD has predicted lightning lightning with roar on 26 and 27 April. People have been urged to avoid open places during this time and stay in safe places.
People and water crisis knocked due to heat
Mercury is continuously climbing in the plains of the state. AC-coolers are now the support of relief. On the other hand, due to strong sunlight in the mountains, waterfalls and natural water sources have started drying up, due to which the drinking water crisis in the villages has started deepening.
