The path of industrial development by Madhya Pradesh under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has established the state as India’s most trusted and ideal site for investors. Realizing the vision of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi of ‘Developed India@2047’, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has adopted a visionary and comprehensive strategy to convert the state’s industrial environment to the ground. The effects of this strategy are now clearly visible.

‘Regional Industry Conclaves’ was organized to speed up industrial development in the state. The Chief Minister interacted directly with local investors and industrialists at the RIC held in Ujjain, Jabalpur, Gwalior, Narmadapuram, Rewa, Sagar and Shahdol, which created an atmosphere of industrial awakening and trust at the district level.

Chief Minister Dr. Yadav also presented direct communication with investors at international sites at international sites like Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Kolkata, Coimbatore, Delhi as well as Japan, Germany and United Kingdom and presented the state’s prospects on the national global stage. Also, as a result, there has been an unprecedented increase in the number of investors in the state and their commitments. The biggest example of this link was ‘Invest Madhya Pradesh-Global Investors Summit-2025’, in which more than 25,000 participants including 100+ international representatives from more than 60 countries participated. On this historic occasion, 18 new industry-friendly policies were launched by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, which gave a new direction to the industrial future of the state.

Land-worship/inauguration of more than 330 units, distributed more than 1,070 land allocation letters
Under the guidance of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, during the year 2024-25, land-worship of more than 330 industrial units was done across the state, so that investment proposals are now not limited to papers and are realizing on the ground. Along with this, land allocation letters have been provided to more than 1,070 industries, which has paved the way for early implementation of projects.

Revolutionary change in infrastructure
Projects like PM Mitra Textile Park in Dhar, Medical Device Park in Vikram Udyogpuri, Ujjain, Power and Renewable Energy Equipment in Narmadapuram and Mega Leather and Footwear Cluster in Sitapur, Morena are evidence of Chief Minister’s foresight. Construction of 2 multi-model logistics parks in Pithampur and Bhopal will also take the state to new heights in the field of logistics.

Inclusive industrial development by keeping women at the center
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav thinks of inclusive development. Under this thinking, 8 modern hostels are being constructed for women working in industrial areas like Indore, Ujjain, Pithampur, Bhind, Raisen, Jhabua, Singrauli and Dhar. This can give them safe and favorable work environment.

Steps towards ‘trust -based governance’ by improving rules
Through ‘Madhya Pradesh Jan Vishwas (Amendment in Provisions) Act-2024’, 64 sections of 8 laws of the state have been relieved and a major relief has been given to the business community. This initiative reflects the thinking of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, in which the government works by keeping ‘faith’ in the original, not on suspicion.

Development and employment will be expanded in every district from ‘industry and employment year’
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav has announced to celebrate the year 2025 as ‘Industry and Employment Year’. Under this special campaign, MSME is being strengthened, training to youth, promoting start-ups and creation of industrial opportunities in every district.

This campaign has started with ‘IT Conclave’ on 27 April in Indore and now special conferences are being organized in areas like agriculture, pharma, textile, tourism and energy, which will further strengthen the widespread possibilities of investment in the state.

From investment to prosperity
This process of industrial development is not only proving profitable for investors, but it is also creating thousands of employment opportunities in the state, the youth are getting new directions and the inclusive development is being strengthened by removing regional imbalance.

Under the leadership of Chief Minister Dr. Yadav, Madhya Pradesh is now fast forward towards becoming a strong, modern and investors on all three fronts of policies, structure and implementation. This is not only a development journey, but is a solid and decisive step taken towards ‘developed Madhya Pradesh’.
