On the special initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, the Chief Minister’s Tirtha Darshan Yojana has started after a long gap of five years. As part of the scheme, the first batch of 775 passengers of Bilaspur district left for Puri, Bhubaneswar, Konark Darshan. Devotees thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai for the scheme. The pilgrims of Bilaspur, Mungeli and GPM districts reached Bilaspur stations where the public representatives and administrative officials welcomed the pilgrims with tilak and garlanded. The train was flagged off by Bilha MLA Dharamlal Kaushik, Beltra MLA Sushant Shukla. Passengers were dispatched by Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train. When the old desire of the pilgrimage was fulfilled, the brightness of the elderly’s eyes was seeing. Mayor Mrs. Pooja Vidhani, District Panchayat President Rajesh Suryavanshi and other public representatives and Municipal Corporation Commissioner Amit Kumar were present on the occasion.

MLAs Dharamlal Kaushik and Sushant Shukla held intimate discussions with the elderly going on a pilgrimage. He gave his best wishes for the pilgrimage. MLA Dharamlal Kaushik said that the objective of this scheme is not only to connect citizens with their culture and traditions. On the special initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, a welfare scheme like Chief Minister Tirtha Darshan has been started. He said that Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai is continuously working for the betterment of the people, he is playing the role of Shravan Kumar and making people pilgrimage. The government has fulfilled another promise by starting this scheme.

The old pilgrimage in the eyes of the elderly was fulfilled
Today the desire for the old pilgrimage has been fulfilled by Puri, Bhubaneswar, Konark Darshan. There was a lot of enthusiasm among them about the pilgrimage. All had reached the station before all time. Passengers were given a grand welcome at the station. 65 -year -old Mrs. Ambe Singh departed from Bilaspur. He expressed gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai and said that the first Ramlala Darshan Yojana was started. After that, the Chief Minister has taken care of all the elders by starting the Chief Minister’s Tirtha Yatra Scheme. Pandit Ishwar Pathak said that this is a commendable initiative of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. He said that after a certain age, every elder has a dream to go for a pilgrimage to visit, but due to lack of money, this dream remains incomplete. Our dream has been fulfilled by this scheme.

Chandrapal Singh Rajput, who is going on a journey from Sirgitti, also praised the scheme by expressing gratitude to Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai. He said that it is like a dream for people like us to go on pilgrimage. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai has fulfilled our dream. Dhani Ram Aggarwal, a resident of Jorapara Sarkanda, is also going on a Sapnik Yatra. He said that this scheme is an invaluable opportunity for elderly. Jagannath Puri, Bhubaneswar, Konark thanked the state government, sharing the joy of philosophy. During the yatra, the government is providing all the necessary facilities including food, housing, health services to the pilgrims.
