The neighboring country has been stunned by the Pakistan connection in the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir. Pakistan is spewing poison against India in Parliament. On Friday, the Pakistani Parliament passed a resolution to link the deadly attack against India to Pakistan. He said that Pakistan is fully prepared to protect itself. In the Pahalgam attack, the terrorists shot and killed 25 Indians and a Nepali citizen. After this, there is a lot of anger against Pakistan across the country.
Pakistani deputy PM Ishaq Dar made a proposal in Parliament, stating that Pakistan is fully capable and ready to protect its sovereignty and regional integrity against any invasion including water terrorism or military provocation. According to the proposal, Parliament emphasized that the killing of innocent citizens is contrary to the values adopted by Pakistan. Said, “This proposal also rejects all the trivial and baseless efforts to connect Pakistan with the Pahalgam attack on 22 April 2025 in Jammu and Kashmir.”
In the proposal, Pakistan accused India of defaming it. Parliament said, “To discredit Pakistan, a planned and malicious campaign is condemned by the Government of India, which is running on a familiar pattern to exploit the issue of terrorism for narrow political goals.” At the same time, Pakistan also condemned India’s decision to stop the Indus Water Treaty and reiterated that it is clearly equal to the action of war.
New Delhi took several tough measures against Pakistan on Wednesday after the attack. India, taking action, suspended the 1960 Indus Water Treaty. Apart from this, the attic border with Pak has also been closed and has also reduced diplomatic relations. In addition, it has been decided to cancel the visa of Pakistani citizens. In response to this, Pakistan also held an important meeting and took several decisions including closure of aircraft for Indian aircraft.
