Provisions have been made to apply online for all services to be provided to common citizens in the transport offices of the state and to resolve the applications received online on the Sarathi portal of the Transport Department. Arrangements have been made by the department to deposit the fee fixed for services in the District Transport Office and the deposit of motor vehicles online. Since the start of this system, the system of depositing cash in the transport offices has been abolished.
Use of vehicles coming from other provinces or passing through the state in Madhya Pradesh has also been used on the e-check post portal of NIC. With this facility, the transport motor owners of other provinces are able to deposit their vehicle online. Vehicle owners have got rid of unnecessarily inconvenience from this facility.
