Till now BJP leaders had given a video of Bhandari Hospital to Vijayanagar police and DCP, in which Kapil is also seen fighting. Based on this video, Kapil’s family and BJP leader want to register another FIR on Chintu Chowkse and two other accused. But the Vijayanagar police had made him clear that the first video would be investigated and only after that some action will be taken in it. On the other hand, the Congress is also talking about conducting a cross FIR on behalf of Chintu, but the police has also asked them to be investigated first.
Congress will hand over Chintu Chowkse’s mobile location, call details to police
Congress leaders contacted the police on both Tuesdays and Wednesdays and spoke that both of them were not present at the scene. For this, the police can trace Chintu’s mobile location. If the police is not able to do this, then the Congress itself will take out the location and call details of Chintu’s mobile and hand over to the police.
First Cross FIR, then will apply bail

The developments are at 9.30 pm on the night of 19 April. He was beaten with swords, iron rods, poles in his hand. After this, Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya, MLA Ramesh Mendola and Municipal President Sumit Mishra were active at night. At night, the police took the statements of the Pathak and at 7.25 am on the morning of April 20, the police registered a case and arrested Chintu. Subhash Yadav and Ravi Prajapat were also arrested along with him, court was presented in the afternoon and sent to Central Jail. The Congress erupted on this and described the police action as unilateral and it was said to be unnecessarily trapped in the square.
