New Delhi
Indian cricket team coach Gautam Gambhir has been threatened. It is reported that he has been threatened by ‘ISIS Kashmir’ via email. At present, the Delhi Police is investigating the matter and their family has been provided security. The special thing is that the threatening mail has come at a time when terrorists roasted 26 tourists in Pahalgam in Jammu and Kashmir two days ago.
After receiving the threat, Gambhir informed the Delhi Police on Wednesday. He appealed to the officials to ensure the safety of him and his family. Gambhir is also a former MP of the Bharatiya Janata Party. This is not the first time he has received threats. During the MP’s tenure, he got a similar mail in the year 2021.
Gambhir also reacted sharply to the Pahalgam attack. He wrote about India’s retaliation. He posted on X, ‘I pray for the families of the victims. Those responsible for this will have to pay its price. India will attack. ‘
