Deputy Chief Minister Shri Rajendra Shukla reviewed the preparations for the Human Resource Management System Module (E-HRMS) at the Ministry Bhopal. He instructed the officials that the module should be in line with the principles and priorities of the transfer policy of the Government of Madhya Pradesh. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that the process should be made simple, transparent and fair, ensuring complete compliance with the transfer policy. He clarified that all the necessary parameters in the module should be included in such a way that no employee has to face unnecessary difficulty.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that according to the instructions of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, the ban implemented on the transfer of employees in the state is going to be lifted in the next few days. He instructed the officials to complete the final testing of the e-HRMS module keeping in mind the same period, so that the transfer process can be conducted without any obstruction, ease and transparency as soon as the ban is removed.
Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla said that this module is an important step towards empowering human resource management technically in the state. This will not only bring transparency in the functioning, but will also strengthen the trust between the employees. Commissioner Public Health and Medical Education Mr. Tarun Rathi, Departmental Officer, members of the technical team of MPSEDC were present.
