Chief Minister Yadav said-Government’s stand on OBC reservation is clear, we are in favor of 27% reservation.

Explaining the government’s status regarding OBC reservation and said that his government is completely maintained on the stand of 27 percent reservation. He said that this subject has also been discussed with the Solicitor General and he has been kept a clear side of the government. Dr. Yadav said that the report submitted by the OBC Commission is being tested in the previous government. Along with this, the process of serious dialogue is also going on for all pending petitions related to OBC reservation.

He also said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi at the Center, work is being done with the spirit of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas’ and the state government is also committed to the all -round development of the proletariat. The Chief Minister assured that the government is adamant on resolve to give equal opportunities to all classes through just and inclusive policies.

Supreme Court said- Apply writ, you will also listen to the matter of holding the selected candidates

MP during hearing Advocate General Prashant Singh told the court- this is a case related to 50 percent of the population. He demanded the court to hear the case soon. At the same time, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the petitioners will call and communicate in this matter.

SC said-You apply petition, we will hear that during this time, OBC General Assembly lawyers told the court that out of the posts recruited in different departments in MP, after completion of the selection process of a large number of candidates, the case of 27% OBC reservation in the court is being denied appointment.

While 27% OBC No court stopped the reservation. Despite this, the selected candidates are not being joined in the name of the process. On this, the court told the lawyer of the OBC General Assembly-

CM said- After attending the Civil Services Day celebrations held at the Administration Academy of Bhopal, the government, the government said that our government is completely clear about the OBC reservation.

We are standing in favor of 27% reservation in every situation. We have also told the Attorney General that the report of the OBC Commission should be tested during the Shivraj government.

Soon this But positive results will be revealed, CM Dr. Yadav also said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi, with the spirit of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas, Everyone’s faith and effort’, we are trying to ensure that all classes can be benefited. I am confident that soon positive results will be revealed on this issue.

Kamal Nath Sarkar The OBC reservation had increased the reservation of OBC class from 14 to 27% in 2019. After this, the bill related to it was passed in the assembly. On 2 September 2021, the General Administration Department issued a circular to give 27% reservation to OBC in recruitment.

The Youth for Equality Organization went to the High Court against it. On 4 August 2023, the High Court stayed the government’s circular.
