After the arrest of fake heart surgeon Narendra Yadav, there are constant surprising revelations. According to the police officer, a case has been registered against Yadav and private hospital on charges of culpable homicide (section 304), fraud and forgery. Bilaspur Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Rajnesh Singh said that Yadav was arrested in a case of death of seven patients after wrong surgery at a hospital in Damoh, Madhya Pradesh. He operated Shukla in a private hospital here, after which the former Assembly Speaker died.
Death in 2006

Shukla, the then Congress MLA from Kota assembly constituency, died in 2006 in a private hospital in Bilaspur. He was the first Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly from 2000 to 2003. Former speaker’s son Pradeep Shukla recently lodged a police complaint, alleging that his father was admitted to this private hospital, Yadav used to work in that hospital. The complaint stated, “Yadav had a heart surgery of my father and was kept on ventilator for 18 days. After this he was declared dead on 20 August 2006. The hospital management took Rs 20 lakh from the state government for the treatment of my father.”
Pradeep Shukla made serious allegations

Pradeep Shukla said that he came to know about the deaths in Yadav and Damoh Hospitals recently through media reports. SSP Singh said that the police has found that the Yadav degree is fake and the document of its registration in the Medical Council of India/Chhattisgarh Medical Council has not yet been found. He said that the hospital management appointed Yadav as a cardiologist without proper investigation and played with the lives of former Assembly Speaker Shukla as well as many other heart patients.
Arrest took place after 7 deaths in Damoh

Yadav was arrested after receiving a complaint by the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), claiming that seven people were killed in Mission Hospital, Damoh, where they had operated patients in the name of treating heart diseases. The director of an employment consultation firm in Indore said last week that Yadav had sent his bio -data thrice for the job between 2020 and 2024 and claimed that he had operated thousands of patients.
Narendra Yadav said- all my degrees are real

In the 9 -page bio -data sent to his firm in 2024, Yadav described himself as a senior cardiologist and described his permanent address as Birmingham in Britain. In the bio -data, he also stated that he was involved in the operation of thousands of heart patients, including 18,740 “coronary angiography” and 14,236 “coronary angioplasty”, the director said. Accused Narendra Yadav has described himself as a victim of a “big conspiracy” and claimed that his degrees are real.

Serious negligence of the hospital was revealed

It is alleged that the accused doctor treated on the basis of fake degrees and caused careless death. Self. After the complaint of Rajendra Shukla’s son Dr. Pradeep Shukla, a case was registered on April 19 under sections 420, 465, 466, 468, 471, 304, 34 of the IPC. Apollo management was also accused in the FIR. It is alleged that without documents verification, the hospital management gave the opportunity of treatment by admitted to the fake doctor. The hospital management neither has any doctor related utility and expert documentation, only by taking bio -data, the accused doctor was posted. This caused serious negligence and the patient lost his life.
CMHO office has not yet given information

After 19 years, CMHO Dr. Pramod Tiwari took seriously after the statement of late Rajendra Shukla’s son Pradeep came out. He issued a notice to the Apollo Hospital management and sought a reply on what basis the doctor was appointed ..? At the same time, the management has not provided documents yet. Due to which departmental investigation is delayed. It was asked to present documents related to his educational qualification. Also, what action was taken against the doctor in the case of the death of many people including the former Assembly Speaker. Investigation of the Health Department is also going on in this matter.

15 operations in two and a half months, 7 killed

A fake doctor performed 15 heart operations in two and a half months in the name of Dr. N Joan Kem, a cardiologist at London at Mission Hospital in Damoh. It is alleged that 7 patients died in these operations between December 2024 and February 2025. This was revealed when the family of a patient complained to the doctor when he was suspicious. After this, the matter reached the Human Rights Commission.

The matter came into the limelight on 4 April, when Priyank Kanungo, a member of the National Human Rights Commission, made a post on social media. In this, 7 heart patients died and fake doctor in Mission Hospital. After the death of 7 patients, there was an investigation, then the Bilaspur connection of accused Dr. Narendra Vikramaditya Yadav came to light. In Bilaspur too, it has killed many people. The biggest name of these is also of Rajendra Prasad Shukla, the first president of Chhattisgarh Assembly.

The job was given only after taking biodata

Rajendra Prasad has also been the Speaker of the Assembly in undivided Madhya Pradesh. After his death in Damoh, his son Pradeep Shukla made these allegations. Then in 2006, Dr. Narendra was posted at Apollo Hospital in Bilaspur. How were they appointed?
