How happy the people of Madhya Pradesh are and what are the main reasons for happiness. This index of happiness of the people of the state will be revealed in the new year. The Anand Department of Madhya Pradesh has taken the initiative to prepare the index of people’s happiness, which will measure the happiness of the people of the state with the help of IIT Kharagpur.
Happiness will be determined in Madhya Pradesh on the lines of the United States and the United Nations. The Anand Department is going to make an innovation to measure the index of Happiness of the people of Madhya Pradesh. For this, the department is taking services of IIT Kharagpur. A questionnaire is being prepared with the help of IIT Kharagpur. More than 50 thousand people are connected to the Anand Department in all the districts of the state. These volunteers are named Anandak.
According to the officers of Anand Department, the measuring happiness will begin in 20 districts of the state as a pilot project. The department says that the basis of measuring happiness will be people’s prices rather than resources. The questionnaire will be based on these expressions. Anand Department believes that the index will be ready by the end of the year.
