Now teachers who sit in the office will go to school, Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh gave instructions…

Bhopal
Teachers working in the education department office will now be sent to school. In this regard, School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh has given instructions to the officials. At the same time, instructions have also been given to investigate against teachers who did not join after transfer.

Actually, School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh took a meeting of officials through video conferencing. He said that many teachers are stuck in the Directorate of Public Education, State Education Center, Board Office, District Education Office, BRCC and public offices. They will be relieved and sent to schools.

Apart from this, all teachers have to use the education portal 3.0 to enter their daily work time and attendance. No salary will be available on the portal. Necessary investigation and action will be taken against teachers who do not register their presence on the portal within the stipulated time limit.

Those who do not join after transfer will be investigated

Instructions were given in the meeting that a list of such teachers should also be made, which have been transferred earlier or who were in surplus, but they did not join the school. The minister clearly said that further negligence will not work in these matters.

Now the presence on the portal, then salary: It has also been made mandatory for teachers to enter their entire presence on the education portal 3.0. There will be no salary without feeding without attendance.

Now teachers will not be able to disappear from government schools

Questions have been raised for a long time about the presence of teachers in government schools of Madhya Pradesh. School Education Minister Uday Pratap Singh himself has also admitted that in some districts of the state, teachers do not go to school regularly, but other people go to teach their place. In addition, many teachers do not reach school on time. To improve this situation, the School Education Department has made preparations to take strict steps.

Will do strictness like this

  • The presence of teachers will now be recorded from the biometric system.
  • The presence of teachers will be tracking online through the ‘Sarthak’ app.
  • With the help of this app, not only the location will be monitored, but information about other necessary activities will also be collected.
  • Strict measures will be taken against the teachers who ignore the instructions.

Non -attendance will be controlled

In order to curb the absence of teachers in government schools, the School Education Department has started a new initiative in this direction, under which the presence of about four lakh teachers of the state will now be registered online. For this, the department will use “meaningful app”.

Online attendance will be recorded

As soon as the schools open again after the summer vacation in July, it will be made mandatory for teachers to register online attendance. This time, the face recognition system will be used to make attendance, which will prevent teachers who send their place to teach someone else.

First in Ujjain and Narsinghpur districts

As a pilot project, this system will be first implemented in Ujjain and Narsinghpur districts. For its successful implementation, two programs are being trained from each district.

Online attendance of students

Out of a total of 99,145 schools in the state, only 8,051 schools are registering online attendance of students. This means that 91,094 schools are still not following this compulsory system, while this system was not essential but necessarily implemented.

Causal

This system of registering online attendance was implemented three times i.e. in the year 2017, 2020 and 2022 through the Shiksha Mitra app, but failed every time. Teachers sometimes cited the lack of smartphones and sometimes the network problem, due to which this system could not be fully implemented.

Now there will be no disturbance, attendance will be accurate

Keeping in mind the problems of the network in rural areas, attendance was previously attended through the M Shiksha Mitra app. This app used to register attendance even in the absence of a network and as soon as the network was available, the data was updated. However, there were many disturbances in this process. Now to get rid of these problems, the presence of teachers will be recorded through the meaningful app, in which the face will be identified and presented.

“Sarthak app” will be mandatory from July

School Education Department Minister Uday Pratap Singh said that the online attendance of teachers in government schools will be ensured with “Sarthak App”. It will be implemented better this time and its use will be made mandatory from July.
You will be able to apply on app for holiday

The meaningful app will not be limited only to the presence of attendance, but this will allow teachers to do other important tasks along with information about their location. Now employees and teachers will also be able to apply for leave through this app and correspondence from the government can also be done from here.
