New 2025 Skoda Kodiaq launched in the country, know what is the price and features

Skoda Auto India has launched its second-generation Skoda Kodiaq in the Indian market. The company has launched its Sportline Trim at a price of Rs 46.89 lakh (ex-showroom), while its Laurin & Klement (L&K) trim has been launched at Rs 48.69 lakh (ex-showroom) price.

Let us know that Skoda India will continue to assemble the new Skoda Kodiaq locally in India as before and the current 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine will be installed. Second-generation SUV has also made a slight increase in evolutionary styling, more new interior and power with more features than before. Skoda has started booking for the new Kodiaq and its delivery will start from May 2.

2025 Skoda Kodiaq’s exterior design
The new Skoda Kodiaq looks a bit more goal than the previous-generation SUV, the specialty of which was sharp design language. It retains the Split headlamp setup, but it has new LED daytime running lamp signature, which extend to the grill. Functional air vents are provided on both sides of the bumper, and good power bulbs have also been installed on the bonnet.

No change in wheelbase
Talking about the profile of this car, 18-inch alloy wheels have been installed in the L&K trim, for which a new aero-optimized look and contrasting finish for D-Pillar. Talking about the rear profile, new C-shaped tail-lamps have been installed in the new Kodiaq.

Talking about size, its wheelbase has been kept unchanged with 2,791 mm, but its total length has increased to 59 mm. Skoda Kodiaq Sportline Tim has used black-out finish for grill, wing mirror, de-puller garnish and rear bumper. It also has a sportier design for an 18-inch alloy.

2025 Skoda Kodiaq’s interior
Although its exterior is still very similar to the old Skoda Kodiaq, but its interior has been fully given new design by the company. Its dashboard has a winged design, with a new 13-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system the biggest update.

It also has three physical dials for HVAC control. There is a new 10-inch digital driver display with navigation feed and a new two-spoke steering wheel with ‘Skoda’ badging (three-spoke on sportline). The second line seats can be moved back and forth to adjust space, and they also have a recline function.

Talking about other features of the new Skoda Kodiaq, it has configured ambient lighting, a panoramic sunroof, wireless Apple carplay and Android auto, a 13-spicker canon sound system, 3-spic canton sound system, 3-zone climate control, pavilion with mamori fun Features like heated/ventilated front seats (L&K), Sports Seats with Heating, An electric tailgate with gesture control, a 360-degree camera and park assist are available.

Safety features of 2025 Skoda Kodiaq
Talking about safety features, the new Skoda Kodiaq has features like 9 airbags, ESC, front and rear parking sensors, electronic differential locks, multi-colijan brakes, driver attention and sluic monitor, and hill start assist with decent control.

2025 Skoda Kodiaq’s Paurtrain
Talking about the engine found in it, the new Skoda Kodiaq has a 2.0-liter turbo-petrol engine, which now produces a power of 203bhp and maximum torque of 320Nm. This engine gives power 13bhp more power than the previous Kodiaq, but there has been no change in its torque. This engine is connected to a 7-speed DCT DCT gearbox, and all-wheel drives are standardly found in both trims of Kodiaq. Skoda claims that ARAI-rated fuel efficiency is 14.86kpl.
